Cluny Museum

The Cluny Museum houses one of the world’s most extensive collections of objects and works of art from the medieval period.
It is located within the Hôtel de Cluny, a fine example of the architecture of the private mansions built in Paris in the late 15th century in the Flamboyant Gothic style. 
Among other treasures, you can admire the mysterious “Lady and the Unicorn,” which inspired the eponymous historical novel by American writer Tracy Chevalier, who also wrote “Girl with a Pearl Earring.”
